Your Amazon Brand Deserves a Growth System. Not Just Ads.

Most Amazon brand owners I work with come to me after months (sometimes years) of trying to fix growth with better ads. But these aren't ad problems. They're architecture problems.
You don't have an Amazon growth leader.
You have a VA running ads, or an agency on autopilot, or you're doing it yourself between everything else. Nobody is thinking about your Amazon business as a whole. You have tactics. You don't have a system.
Your product wins everywhere except Amazon.
Great product. Proven demand. But on Amazon, the listing doesn't capture what makes you different. The search terms don't match how your customers think. Your product-market fit is proven, but the digital shelf just isn't telling that story.
You launched a new product and it flatlined.
You invested in inventory, images, A+ content... and crickets. No positioning strategy. No understanding of what makes a shopper stop scrolling and choose you. The launch window closed and you're sitting on dead inventory.
Your Amazon strategy is a collection of disconnected tactics.
Ads over here. Listings over there. Nobody thinking about how they connect. No catalog strategy. No competitive positioning. Each piece running in isolation instead of reinforcing the others.
You've changed agencies and nothing changed.
New agency, same results. Because the problem was never who ran the ads. It was that there was no strategic system underneath. You can't optimize your way out of a strategy gap.
The Growth System Most Amazon Brands Are Missing
Most Amazon brands are running ads without a system underneath. They have campaigns, but no architecture. Traffic, but no strategy for why a shopper should choose them. Sales, but no protection for their margins. The brands that win on Amazon aren't the ones spending the most on ads. They're the ones with a system where every piece reinforces the others.
Product-Market Fit
Why should a shopper choose you?
Before a single ad dollar is spent, we need to understand what makes your product win, and whether Amazon shoppers see it that way. Your product-market fit might be proven offline, but the digital shelf tells a different story. I analyze how your customer thinks, what they search for, and what makes them stop scrolling.
Without it: You're spending money driving traffic to a listing that doesn't convert because it doesn't connect.
Catalog Architecture
Every SKU should strengthen the others.
Your product catalog isn't a list. It's a system. The right structure means each product feeds visibility to the others, parent-child relationships are built for discoverability, and your catalog tells a coherent brand story across categories.
Without it: Products compete against each other, cannibalize keywords, and your brand looks fragmented to both Amazon's algorithm and the shopper.
Consumer Psychology
Listings built around how people actually buy.
Titles, bullets, images, A+ content. Every element is engineered around how shoppers make decisions on Amazon. Not keyword-stuffed. Not template-driven. Built from an understanding of what triggers a click, what builds trust, and what overcomes the hesitation before "Add to Cart."
Without it: Your listing looks like every other listing in the category. You're invisible, not because your product is bad, but because nothing about your presence demands attention.
PPC Systems
Ads that accelerate what's already working.
Campaign architecture, search term strategy, bid management, and budget allocation. All aligned to your actual margins and growth goals. Ads aren't the strategy. They're the accelerant. When the first three pillars are solid, every ad dollar works harder.
Without it: You're pouring fuel on a fire that hasn't been built yet. High ACoS, wasted spend, and the feeling that ads "just don't work" for your brand.
Margin Protection
Growth that actually hits your bottom line.
FBA fees, referral fees, ad spend, promotions. Amazon has a dozen ways to eat your margin. Every strategic decision I make is filtered through real profitability. Not vanity ROAS. Not topline revenue. Actual money in your pocket.
Without it: Revenue goes up, profit stays flat (or goes down), and you can't figure out where the money went.
Ads are Pillar 4. Most agencies start and stop there. I build all five, and I make sure they work together. That's why my clients see organic growth accelerate alongside paid growth. That's why margins improve even as revenue scales. The system compounds.

Milliard Brands
Built the Growth System Behind $8.45M in Revenue
The Problem
A brand heavily reliant on their Seller Fulfilled Prime badge for search visibility. When they lost SFP eligibility, listings fell hard — BSR above 400K, no organic ranking foundation, no catalog architecture, no margin protection. Products weren't optimized for search or product-market fit. PPC running without strategy alignment.
What I Did
Served as fractional Amazon director for 11 months. Rebuilt and reoptimized core listings so products showed up in search without the SFP badge propping them up. Built the full growth system from scratch: product-market fit positioning, catalog architecture, consumer-first listing optimization, PPC systems engineering, and margin protection. Managed 12+ SKUs across mattresses, futon frames, reading pillows, saucer chairs, memory foam pillows, and supplements.
The Result
4.96x ROAS. Up to 74% organic orders across SKUs. BSR from 400K+ to under 7K. 94 keywords ranking Top 10 on a single product alone. Built all five pillars as fractional director across mattresses, pillows, furniture, and supplements.
Surf-fur
From Bleeding Budget to Profitable Growth
The Problem
A brand pouring money into campaigns with no structure underneath. Ad spend growing faster than revenue, no margin alignment.
What I Did
Rebuilt the system. Campaign architecture from scratch, aligned spend to margins. Weekly search term harvesting, aggressive negative keyword management, and bid restructuring tied to actual margin targets.
The Result
1.69% ACoS. Revenue increased while ad spend decreased. Organic rank improved as the system took hold. Margins protected.
Leading Allergy & Pet Brand
From Vendor Central to $10M+ in Profitable Sales
The Problem
A strong offline brand bleeding money through Vendor Central. High revenue on paper but razor-thin net profit margins. Heavily reliant on Amazon's wholesale model with no visibility into true product-level profitability. Keyword coverage was thin and organic visibility limited.
What I Did
Over a 5+ year engagement, transitioned the brand from Vendor Central to Seller Central. Built true profit margin visibility across every SKU, cut unprofitable products, and grew the winners. Deep keyword research by category using DataDive, consumer-focused listing optimization, campaign structure by product line, and FBA fee analysis. Expanded from a single category into multiple verticals.
The Result
Flipped from Vendor Central to Seller Central with full profitability. More profit now than under Vendor Central on equal or slightly less revenue. Hundreds of thousands of units sold per year. 180K+ aggregate keyword search volume tracked. 60+ keywords actively ranked. Dominant positions across allergy bedding and pet product categories.

Some brands need one. Some need both. Let's figure out what fits yours.
I'm Aleks Migdalovich.
I run AM Design & Consulting out of Denver, North Carolina. Over the past decade, I've helped 70+ brands build profitable Amazon businesses. In 2025, I drove $8.45M+ in total sales for a single client by rebuilding their entire Amazon ecosystem from the ground up.
I'm not an ads manager. I'm a growth strategist who happens to be deeply technical. I think about catalog architecture, product-market fit on Amazon, and the psychology behind why shoppers choose one listing over another. The ads are the accelerant. The strategy is the engine.
I work with a small number of clients at a time because building a real Amazon growth system takes focus. I'm in your account multiple times a week. I build custom growth systems because every brand's path to profitability is different. I care about your margins, not just your metrics.
When we work together, you talk to me directly. Your campaigns, your strategy, your results. That's my responsibility, and I take it seriously.
